SnapCare acquires nurse scheduling software program supplier

SnapCare acquired Medecipher Inc., which offers web-based nurse scheduling software program referred to as Flo. The deal comes as SnapCare goals to develop and supply a full suite of technical and staffing options to healthcare amenities.

“Medecipher’s answer is an ideal match with SnapCare’s new, expanded platform,” SnapCare CEO Jeff Grant stated in a press launch. “Mixed, our suite of options uniquely aligns with facility priorities, optimizing for inside staffing and float pool first, with full visibility into our market when wanted to shortly fill any remaining open positions.”

The deal closed on March 29. Phrases of the transaction weren’t introduced.

SnapCare ranks because the ninth-largest supplier of journey nurses within the US. Nevertheless, it has been increasing. Final October, the Atlanta-based agency introduced new options for healthcare workforce administration and adjusted its title to SnapCare from SnapNurse.
